- 12 hours of instruction in two strands: Leadership and Instruction
- 4 consultants provide skills instruction and resources
- Participants develop a 6-9 month plan for improving or enhancing instruction
Target audience: Teams of 4-5 members (administrator, 3-4 teachers/media specialist/technology specialist)
